"After A Link to the Past, Link left Hyrule in order to gain wisdom. While he was gone, in celebration of the new peace, the king of Hyrule ordered all weapons destroyed. Zelda, however, new this was unwise, so she hid weapons in Hyrule's 9 Temples devoted to the 9 Hylian powers-Sword, Shield, Arrow, Bomb, Flame, Strength, Ring, Magic, and Triforce. The first 8 Temples also hid pieces to the Triforce of Courage, so that if trouble came, a hero would be able to obtain the Triforce and enter the 9th Temple. A good thing too, for an evil wizard nameed Alkoz revived Ganon. Although Ganon had the Triforce of Power, he could not reach the Triforce of Courage. Zelda took the Triforce of Wisdom and hid in the 9th temple, where Ganon and Alkoz waited for the new hero. They were not expecting..."
